Please be reassured that we’ll take extremely good care of them until they’re returned to you. This is the same with any of the other cosmetic and restorative treatments we offer.
Our referral process is simple and straightforward. Please fill out the form and send it back to us. Once we have the necessary information, we can arrange for the appropriate dentist to set up a no-obligation consultation, or initial examination, with the patient. Following this, a written report will be sent to both you and the patient, detailing their presentation and treatment options. The report will also outline the referral dentist’s recommendations and proposed treatment plan. We are keen to develop excellent working relationships with other practices.
